Hi everyone,

I recently came across a project called Azizi Milan located in Dubailand, and I’m considering it as a potential investment. It seems to offer a good mix of luxury and affordability, with freehold ownership and a modern design that includes smart home features and premium finishes. From what I’ve read, Azizi Milan is positioned in a well-connected area, close to retail and entertainment hubs, making it attractive for both residents and investors.

Given the growing interest in Dubailand and the demand for well-priced residential properties, does anyone have insights or experience with Azizi Milan as an investment? Is the area expected to grow in value? How does Azizi Milan compare to other Azizi developments or similar projects in Dubai?

I received an email from UKVI saying, “Thank you for your Visa Application which has arrived at the UKVI Decision Making Centre and is now awaiting consideration.”

I completed my biometrics at VFS Global on 30-Oct-2024, and my application was forwarded to UKVI that same day. Then on 8-Nov-2024, I got this email.

For anyone who’s gone through this before with a UK 6-month standard visitor visa, could you share your experience? How long did it take after this email to get a decision? Any insights on what to expect would be really helpful for me and others in the same boat. Thank you!

Is there an accountability issue in US media regarding rhetoric and propaganda? In the realm of US politics, the right accuses the left of using propaganda to incite violence, while the left criticizes the right for spreading propaganda about stolen elections leading to events like January 6th.

Is there validity to both arguments? Can a case be made for both sides? Do your trusted media sources engage in propaganda, and what about those you disagree with?

Could Moon Cave Be Future Home for Humans?

Scientists found a big cave on the Moon, about 100m deep. They think it could be a great place for humans to live and build a base. The cave is one of many hidden underground. Countries want to set up human bases on the Moon, but they need to protect astronauts from radiation, extreme temperatures, and space weather. Helen Sharman, first British astronaut, said this cave looks like a good spot and humans might live in lunar pits in 20-30 years. But it’s very deep, so astronauts might need special gear to get in and out. Researchers Lorenzo Bruzzone and Leonardo Carrer found the cave using radar in the Mare Tranquillitatis area, where Apollo 11 landed in 1969. What do you think about humans living in this Moon cave?
