The email you received indicates that your application is now with a Visa Officer for review. Based on the timing, I’d estimate you may hear back from UKVI around 20-21 Nov.

If your visa is approved, UKVI will first send an email saying, “I can confirm a decision has been made on your visa application. You need to wait until you receive confirmation from UKVI telling you the decision and explaining what you need to do next.” If you chose to keep your passport during processing, they will ask you to submit it for visa stamping if approved. Otherwise, if the visa is denied, you’ll typically receive an email explaining the refusal details once you collect your passport.

In summary, you’ll most likely know the outcome once you collect your passport and see whether the visa has been stamped or not.
