I recently came across a project called Azizi Milan located in Dubailand, and I’m considering it as a potential investment. It seems to offer a good mix of luxury and affordability, with freehold ownership and a modern design that includes smart home features and premium finishes. From what I’ve read, Azizi Milan is positioned in a well-connected area, close to retail and entertainment hubs, making it attractive for both residents and investors.

Given the growing interest in Dubailand and the demand for well-priced residential properties, does anyone have insights or experience with Azizi Milan as an investment? Is the area expected to grow in value? How does Azizi Milan compare to other Azizi developments or similar projects in Dubai?
